Prior to founding Common Capital in 2022, Mr. Meythaler was a senior investment analyst at Manor Road Capital Partners, a long/short equity fund, from 2014 to 2021. Prior to Manor Road, Mr. Meythaler was an investment analyst at Panning Capital and Sigma Capital, after working in investment banking for Lehman Brothers and Barclays.

Mr. Meythaler graduated from the University of Virginia in 2006, receiving a B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He holds a Series 65 securities registration license and is a registered Investment Advisor Representative.

Prior to founding Common Capital in 2022, Mr. Kim was a senior investment analyst at Manor Road Capital Partners, a long/short equity fund, from 2012 to 2021. Prior to Manor Road, Mr. Kim was an investment analyst at Sigma Capital and Blackstone, after working in investment banking for Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan.

Mr. Kim graduated from Yale University in 2005, receiving a B.S. in Computer Science. He holds a Series 65 securities registration license and is a registered Investment Advisor Representative.
